I can't always be strong, babe. I need you this time. Is that okay...?

This was recorded during an actual anxiety attack. I don't usually expose this much vulnerability in an audio. I'm curious to know what you think.

My heart broke while listening to this; it’s so, so honest and while you didn’t have to do this at all, I’m grateful to be reminded that you’re human too. I’m sending you so so many hugs and so much unconditional love. Thank you for being so vulnerable, so strong in your hardest moments to even share with us this part of who you are, who we wholly accept. I suffer from major anxiety disorder and anxiety attacks are a regular occurrence; I felt like I was listening to myself during my darkest moments. It is so scary, so lonely, so isolating, to go through an attack, never knowing how long it’ll be until you feel free again, if you even can recall a time that you were. Never knowing when you’ll stop being afraid. But this was made last year, and since then, I hope you’ve found the strength and courage to live to a more beautiful day, just as beautiful as you. You are an angel with a heart of gold and we could never fully express how deeply grateful we are to have someone like you in this world be so gracious, so kind to us. I hope all the love you’ve given is the same love you give to yourself. Am praying for you M; may you feel and experience peace and love. And when moments come that you can’t, may you have the strength to push until you can again. Much love xoxo

That was absolutely beautiful what you said! I wish we had more kind souls like you in this unkind world we call home. How do you deal with it? I usually feel so alone and isolated from everything my hands get tingling and I feel so many negative emotions that I cant comprehend the dread. I pray for more awareness and more kindness if we ever get that far. I think that was the kindest comment I've ever read. Thank you:)
