This audio was just what I needed, for multiple reasons. My parents fought during their divorce when I was a kid, and I never got to have a conversation like this. I also got into another argument with them this week, and am cutting them out. This really helped me with that too. The portion where you got quieter, and choked up, saying the listener wouldn't turn out the same was really powerful. I often fear I'll become abusive to other's over how my parents treated me, and that bit meant a lot to me. Thank you.
