Lil Yachty - Strike (Holster) (midi + flp) (Patreon)

Fm 143

A super simple track, but still worth analyzing. They did the track randomly while at the studio for Lil Yachty's "Let's Start Here" album. This album shows Yachty surprising growth as an artist. I can't believe he is one of my favorite artists of 2023... He really evolved!

You can tell this track was made almost as a joke in the studio, because of its simplistic nature, HOWEVER it is an all important reminder that complexity is not always welcomed, and the most simple beats can create the best songs!

DON'T OVER THINK SHIT!
