Hi everyone!❤️😁

First of all, thank you so much for your incredible support. I’ve been listening to your feedback regarding the long waiting times for requests, and I completely agree with you: you deserve a faster and smoother experience.

To solve this and bring you the highest quality sets without making you wait forever, I am completely reworking how Tiers and Requests work, putting the power directly into your hands!

Here is what is changing:

1. Introducing "Poll Requests"

We are completely moving away from the old priority queue. Moving forward, requests will become Poll Requests. I will gather your suggestions into a weekly poll, and you (the community) will vote on which sets get made first!

 2. Tier 5: The Only Guaranteed Requests

If you want to skip the polls entirely, Tier 5 is now the ultimate VIP tier. Moving forward, Tier 5 will be the only tier with Guaranteed Requests (limited to 2 guaranteed slots per month).

3. Clearing the Current Queue

I deeply respect everyone who has already submitted a request under the old rules, so I am going to honor every single one of them!

Starting tomorrow, I am temporarily closing requests. I will take all the requests currently in the backlog and put them into weekly polls. For this transition period, the polls will simply decide the order in which I make them. Every single old request will be made!

Once the queue is cleared

Once the current backlog is 100% cleared, the new Poll Request system officially begins. I will reopen the requests, but with a new rule to keep things fast: I will put 8 poll requests into the weekly poll, and I will work on the top 4 most-voted sets. If your request doesn't make the top 4, it gets dropped and you will have to request it again the following month to get back in the poll. This guarantees zero waiting lists!

Feels like a slap to the face. I stipl have 3 requests that need to worked on stio and now your telling me that after we submit our requests we have vote for them for a chance to be made is stupid. On top of that people like me who pay for tier 5 to get the amount of requests cut to half is insane, I hope theres a reduce in pricing soon.

I completely understand your frustration at first glance, but there is a major misunderstanding here about how the new Tier 5 works. First, you DO NOT have to vote for your requests. The poll system is only for the lower tiers. As a Tier 5 VIP, your requests are 100% guaranteed and completely skip the polls. You request them, and they get made. Second, regarding the change from 4 requests to 2: I had to make this change because promising 4 requests per VIP was creating an unsustainable backlog. Under the old system, you might have had 4 requests, but you would be stuck in a waiting list for months to actually see them. I would rather guarantee you 2 high-quality requests delivered promptly and on time, rather than promise you 4 and leave you waiting half a year. This update is strictly to ensure that when you pay for a premium tier, you actually get your art without the insane wait times. I deeply value your support, and this change was made precisely to respect your time and provide a better, faster service!

So in regard my other 3 requests I still havent gotten, do I still get them or do I have to re submit them again? Second, is there going to be a price drop for tier 5?

Please rest assured that you can still submit the requests you have already paid for. As mentioned in the announcement, out of respect for your support, absolutely no prior requests will be dropped or left incomplete. The current polling system for the backlog is simply a way for the community to decide the release order of these pending sets. Ultimately, every single one of those past requests will be fulfilled. Regarding the pricing, the cost of Tier 5 will remain the same. This reflects its new status as the only tier that offers guaranteed requests, allowing subscribers to completely bypass the poll system and its associated wait times moving forward.

I'm curious how tier 3 requests will work going forward l. Do we still get the 2 request per month and the exclusive weekly set? All in all these changes seem positive and more sustainable given the current situation as I still havent gotten my request from when I first joined. Curious to see how this all works in practice. Honestly not the biggest fan of the change, as the more popular picks that seem to already have multiple sets every month (chainsaw man, op, bleach, etc) are always going to be winning the polls tbh.

To ensure fairness and prevent certain characters from being consistently overshadowed, we could carefully curate the options included in each poll to maintain a balanced selection. Another option we might consider in the future is keeping all requests without dropping any, using the polls strictly to determine the production order. For the time being, we will proceed with the new system on a trial basis. Please rest assured that I will monitor the situation closely, and if the process becomes unbalanced, I will step in and make the necessary adjustments. Ultimately, I believe that giving the community a voice through voting is the fairest approach.
