Sound healing ❤ (Patreon)

Hiii! First video of 2024 is coming soon!! This one will be focused on anxiety relief and will include guided meditation with sound healing using the Tibetan bowl and some new incredibly soothing chimes!!

Also I painted my nails in a mossy green, cool or weird? 😅

Wishing you an incredible weekend!! 💖
