Anise, Fennel, and Wormwood? Woke up in another country? That's Absinthe! Saint Germaine invented Absinthe? LOL of course he did.

I loved the little references in the Infinite Corridor. The first thing we saw was an African Savannah with giant bipedal mechs. Many think this is a Konami easter egg from the Metal Gear franchise. Next we saw something like a Mesoamerican Pyramid City with a massive golden pyramid. Some think this is a nod to the Forgotten City from Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin. Next there was a shattered moon with a crescent shaped spaceship. Folks on the subreddit think it was a reference to the ships from the Alien/Prometheus franchise. Next we saw Uluru, or Ayers Rock in the Australian Outback. An indigenous Aboriginal shaman was watching the storm, and swung a bullroarer around to close the portal door. Maybe he was aware of the infinite corridor?

Also to tack on the shaman is a reference to gateway the marvel comics character who can access the multiverse.
