Saw that thumbnail of gal gohan on this vid and the tweet about it, yeah I felt bummed by the rushed ending, there needed to be more drama and conflict imo, as for nagatoro, another good reaction :) also waiting for shield hero

That’s next. Will be up today. I’m almost done editing it

It's so cute how Nagatoro hides her embarrassment by teasing him. Didn't think I would enjoy this show as much as I did either haha

i am so glad that you decided to keep watching this anime, this episodes really showcase what the series really is and always has been a ROMANCE COMEDY, nagatoro "bullying" its just her being shy and her friend actually is their biggest shipper.

Eromanga Sensei refrens getto

I’m just glad they toned down the teasing. Episode 1 was a bit too much. Now it’s more playful

I just wanted to say that I'm really enjoying this series and your reactions to it. It's so good lol thanks for the great videos :)

To answer your question about the eyes, I heard that the reason why a lot of side-characters don't have eyes is many times because of the budget. Animating eyes costs a lot so they save some money by not doing it for background characters. Also, a lot of anime uses the "no eye" look to emphasize a certain "distance" between characters. A good example is Kaguya sama when Ishigami sees the "normies" as a completely different world and he can't see their eyes.

The first episode is based on the early chapters, when the author was still experimenting with how much of his "personal tastes" should be in the manga. His previous works were much more "hardcore" (and rated 18+). Afterwards he toned down the abuse and bullying and we got a really good manga.

in this case is the second since in the manga they have no eyes ether

You might not like Nagatoro's friends, but if it wasn't for them Nagatoro probably wouldn't have come to the festival in the first place. They're actually acting as wingwomen you could say. They trigger Nagatoro to get her to be more protective towards Senpai. After all they summoned her intentionally with that photo.
