JamiUwU

I am editing reaction 7-8 right now don't worry. :P

LelouchFam

also dont listen to the people saying start with sinbad. its a prequel made after the original for a reason. it doesnt introduce the world and the power system like the original does and is extremely fast paced, it assumes you have prior magi knowledge. its not a good introduction for magi.

JamiUwU

Yeah after meeting Sinbad I will start it after I watch S2

Sayyongtou

adventure of sinbad is basically the backstory of sinbad which is a character that is introduced in ep 7. it's actually better to watch it after magi because u will probably feel more of an attachment to sinbad as a character and find out how he became who he is after the series is concluded. if you watch sinbad first then u probably won't be that interested in the character. imagine if you watch a series on shanks as a kid before one piece..... you probably won't care as much.

JamiUwU

Yeah I figured after ep 8 at first I’m like “wtf is sinbad” now I get it and honestly I’m already in love with his character so depending how he turns out in the story I probably will check it out after s2. I’m assuming it’s all of the adventures he went on when he introduced himself to alladin and he didn’t get who he was 🤣

Sayyongtou

yep spot on. won't say much else in case of spoilers, but sinbad is a cool enough character for them to make a series about him.

Lloyd Edwards

So you can decide if you want to watch Sinbad once you meet the character. I assume you will since he's a pretty awesome character. Unfortunately it was only available on Netflix and last month they took it off. However I have it downloaded so I'll hook it up for you when you're ready 👍👍

JamiUwU

REALLY?! but is it on crunchyroll still?!

Lloyd Edwards

It was never on Crunchyroll. It was a Netflix exclusive

Jamie

I was just wondering, has SMF reacted to the OP in earlier posts yet? Is she skipping it due to major spoilers?

Lloyd Edwards

I think she skipped it which is a shame because it's really good. She could watch it now since really the only thing spoiled has already happened. Everything else requires context

Sayyongtou

just go to a third party website like gogoanime.

Lloyd Edwards

She could, but then it'll probably be annoying dealing with ads while trying to record

PG Modehouse

I wonder what the chances are of them continuing the anime. The manga gets pretty epic and philosophical, especially during the final arc. The end of the second season of the anime completes the 20th volume of the manga. The remaining 17 volumes haven't been adapted, and I don't know if they're planning on it

JamiUwU

I just normally like watching them all together at the end

Chase

Well by the time she reaches Sinbad, cruchyroll or another site will probably pick it up since Netflix no longer has the exclusive rights to it.

Lloyd Edwards

I'm holding out hope but it doesn't appear likely...All I want is to see Sinbads full arsenal animated

SomeoneElse

I wondered the same thing when I saw these reactions and googled it. You guys should too :) October gonna be good

Mike Drop

Dude, google is full of clickbait fake shit. Unless you have a source of a studio picking it up. I wouldn't hold out any hope

lud_genesis

umm the one thing about slaves and that being the norm in that world is that ppl are used to seeing things like that so it dont affect ppl as much as it would us today and also medecine was for the rich and technically still is so for them to just throw away a slave instead of spending more then what the slave is actually worth its a viable option... that being said it is ssad that we had a world like that before and in some areas it still is i do not condone any of this i thnk slavery should of never been a thing in the first place

lud_genesis

the google link i looked at and opened seemd pretty reliable it might be as early as october or early 2022
