The opening was soooooooo good🔥 There are so many spoilers in this op even for manga readers (the beam scene in the flower capital) hasn't happened in the manga...🤯 Btw this is the first time we seen Rocks D. Xebec in a opening, that really surprised me...🔥

OP openings are always fairly uplifting and exciting... The only times they weren't was during Marineford and I think just after? They're fairly deliberate with the songs. I wonder if the change of pace could mean something. 100% speculation, no spoiler, I have no idea

This was definitely one of "those" episodes with the pacing lol but man that ending was so good. The directing of it was absolutely brilliant

Sadly this whole episode was cannon and the manga is kinda dragging it with the unnecessary fights but that just shows how big the beast pirate army is.

As a manga reader, I was like, "Hold up, the beam scene hadn't happened yet..." But...eh, the song was pretty meh. The visuals, however, were amazing!
