I know it's a fake put but can you imagine they actually kill off Wendy this ep was a what if moment and seeing how devastating we would look after that moment part of me is like I'm glad they didn't and part of me was a bit ok if they did because of the build up I would be crushed

My mind kept thinking “there is no way” but when they showed the flashback of her and charla I felt like it was actually going to happen” even if it was a. Fakeout it was very effective for being depressing

i think this is where i stopped reading the FT manga. i got tired of the mangaka expecting me to believe that any of the characters are actually in danger of dying when there's always a BS reason why they survive. i was crying over her death, but i was like, "well, at least this was meaningful. she deserves this send-off." then, like... "nope lol i teleported"

This is one of my favorite fights in the show because Wendy hates to fight but put it behind her to save people from dieing, and look how strong she she has become.

It's not like Wendy being saved came out of nowhere though. It had already been established that Doranbolt can teleport and he had a connection to Wendy so Doranbolt saving Wendy by teleporting her away from an explosion makes sense. There had already been set-up for it.

This episode had me feeling all types of emotions. I mean this arc in general is a rollercoaster but that last episode you reacted to stood out to me the most. Wendy finally showed her true colors and I'm so proud of her. If she was killed, I would've been crushed. Now I'm Team Wendy alongside Team Erza

I feel like this is a finale of Wendy's character. Wendy starts off very shy and timid, then here she wins a fight and saves everyone. She finally uses Dragon Force. She was the only Dragonslayer up to then to not be able to use dragon force and she's finally able to. This episode was perfect as a finale for Wendy's character.

A lot of people have an issue with fake out deaths. but I personally I don’t have an issue with it because I think the reason they didn’t die/were saved was justified AND I was still put through the emotions and feelings of witnessing Wendy and Carla go as far as willing to sacrifice themselves to save fairy tail and to die together. And that messed me up lol. Really loved these episodes

Wendy is my fav character in fairy tail and by far the best imo. Her amount of character development is so amazing. I've rewatched this so many times already and every single time it leaves me emotion. I'm happy she gets developments like this because she deserves it so much!!

Ya mest is one of my favorite characters next to gajeel my main of fairy tail Series he's not in it alot but when he shows up he show's up big time yes and Wendy growth was so amazing and it's very emotional still and ya the way I would have taken the direction of this arc is showed the cliff after the explosion with just the veiw out towards the explosion aftermath then seeing a pair of legs show up and end credits or in the magna then had to wait a week or two to find out it was mest in the next issue then he has Wendy and Carla that way gave the readers and anyone that only watched the show can actually go over the emotional death or what believed to be a death of a character of fairy tail
