I went through over 10 versions of Vegeta's face trying to render something "inspired" that didn't feel too samey or generic, while still trying to keep Vegeta's cartoon likeness, TEARING MY HAIR OUT, before figuring out what was wrong with it.

We took a step back and realized the comedy of the cartoon was operating on the idea of actual Vegeta, from the show, saying and wanting preposterous things. So as soon as you fuck with his design too much, you start screwing up the comedy, because the character becomes someone or something else other than just Vegeta. 

I'm pretty happy with where he landed. I wish we could have done something wackier; I was pretty happy with the version with his mouth pushed all the way up to his eyes haha. But what we've got does at least feel a little "flashgitz-y", whatever that means, with the smaller pupils and rounder curves etcThis bitch has to be done by Halloween! I'll keep posting updates
