Hello everyone! Below are some FAQ that we got on the page that I hope to address for you all. I will keep this post updated as we keep updating our content and page.

Reducing the file size for upload to VTT platforms or for storage.We get this a lot! Starting 9/2/2025 we will be uploading lower-res versions for all hand-embellished maps and high file size maps and additionalart. (Currently, our Digital Versions are .webp at 140dpi, and Print Versions are 300dpi.)

Additionally, if you are a Windows user, Windows Photos will also be able to accomplish the down-resolution process. Open up the image files you need with Windows Photos and Save As Copy as a .jpg or .webp to keep the file sizes low.
