[Lurker] The Hanged Elf Tavern (Patreon)

Hello everyone! :)

The Hanged Elf Tavern is a small, scenic tavern located in the imperial town of Mirina. Situated deep in a vast forested taiga, the city is situated near dazzling heights and cliffs - exactly where the tavern was built.

Local legends say that the Hanged Elf Tavern received its name from the grim fate of a royal scribe. Ordered to not record the embarrassing gaffe of its temperamental king, the scribe proceeded anyway. Angered, the king ordered the elf's execution.

And yet, the people of the city remembered the scribe's insouciant defiance. Nearly a century later, when the monarchy was overthrown, the city honored the scribe's memory with a macabre monument and meeting spot on the site of the infamous execution.

Happy adventuring!
