This is the Free post from our December 2025 Community Map Poll, featuring the Sorcerer's Sanctum as the next installment in our player-owned bases series.

The Sorcerer's Sanctum is a 3 story brownstone set in a turn-of-the-century style. Fans of certain supreme sorcerers will recognize the inspiration for this chic home ;)

Description

The architectural style of the home is reminiscent of Neo-Greco and Art Deco, great for an urban setting or large city. The interior features meeting rooms and offices on the ground floor, a massive, grand staircase, and well-decorated halls and chambers in which guests and allies can peruse.

On the second floor (labeled as Upper Floor in the files), a standing balcony from the grand staircase adjoins a display room for all your sorcerer's magic items and collections. The west hall features a seance room, while the south features a lounge, library, and dining room.

In the top floor, bedrooms and lodging for allies are along the south wall, while master bedroom and sorcerous loft serve as the mainstays for your adventurer's activities.

Each floor features a variety of magical sigils and wards to protect the sorcerer's home against unwanted intrusions, while remaining as open as a lofty brownstone can muster.
