[Bluey] Chilli Heeler: Model 3 (Patreon)

I've been working on something for the fun of it, partially because I felt my Bluey models were a bit stiff. 

So here I have the third* iteration of the Bluey character model, built with the head and the torso separate, no longer a single literal rectangle, and longer limbs for reachability and posability.
