Patreon AutoPilot Options in Effect (Patreon)

This Patreon has been introduced to AutoPilot features, and for the most of its features, I've turned them off, leaving only auto-reminders for incomplete transactions and memberships that are about to expire purely for retention purposes.

This is still a You-First Patreon. Contribute only if you can.

Additionally, these features doesn't seem to be zombie AI that thinks for me, but at the same time, I don't really have a lot of free posts or exclusives to warrant the aggressive hawking of memberships on this Patreon.

Maybe I COULD start doing more teases and exclusives to drive more sign-ups, but I don't want to be too scummy that way. I'm okay with doing advanced sneaks if you're all okay with just expecting advanced sneaks.

Tell me what you think, though. Can there be more teasing and exclusivity to this Patreon?

I don't think that would be bad idea but it depends on how you want to approach this and what you think will make people want to join

I think that offering people the choice to payment annually isn't good idea. People can pay one lump sum per year instead of monthly. e.g. for the $10 tier pay about $100/year instead of $10/month which equals $120/year

I also like the idea of showing free members a preview of your art and comics. But I don't like Pateron's wording of "encouraging" free members to upgrade to the paid tiers. It sounds to much like the "first taste is free" ad tactics.
