[Trudy] Sneak Peek: Off The Top Of My Head (Patreon)

SLOW DOWN, TRUDY.__With some comments from Friday's comic taken into account, I've adjusted this comic, bound for Tuesday, to affirm that Trudy is certain she's into doing this, as readers were kinda iffy that she was pressured into doing it with Seth. 

I've written Seth to be eager to move things along, but yet respectful of Trudy's wants. And on the other hand, Trudy's another eager beaver coming out of her shell too. The previous version of the comic will be kept here for posterity.

They most likely stuck to playing around 1st and 2nd base, maybe going around 3rd base. But obviously haven't made it to home base yet.

Aww, this is what I love about these two, the respect they have for each other’s boundaries and how their relationship progresses. Also nice to see Seth offer Trudy dinner and a movie first. Classy.

Right but the title is different in two places: on the post and on the comic. Which one is the real title?

Re: the edit, I think another reason people felt Trudy was being forced into going through with things with Seth was that we didn’t get to hear any of her thoughts on the situation yet: “Hot Potato” had no dialogue and we didn’t get to see her side of her call with Sandra, so her flat response at the end of “Next Step” felt kind of hollow. I personally would have like to have seen a comic or two outlining her thought process as she came to her decision, maybe hear why she was apprehensive at first. Still, I enjoyed both versions of the comic (though the edit reads a bit more naturally).

Previous comics... or maybe just the one from the Hotel arc, has highlighted her commitment issues to the relationship. She's new to this. Though this said, I might be able to add a little something to the one that follows this one.
