We're approaching the 300th Yours Trudy comic, and as per tradition, I was starting work on the 300th Comic milestone gag piece. I opened up the usual file, and I realised one of the fonts on the 200th Comic milestone was missing.

So I checked online for a copy, and then I sorta realised that I didn't really own the font. It's a grey area. That's the trouble with fonts. I don't remember where this font came from, but I had it when I created the comic in 2021. The problem? That font was part of the Yours Trudy logo.

The font was one of those commercial-type ones, and I'm a miserable, cheap bastard. I wasn't about to go get the font, since I more or less already owned it. So I felt real bad about it and...

I redid the Yours Trudy logo.

Effective 6th February 2024, Yours Trudy no.300 will be graced with the new logotype URL on the comic's footer, and the tumblr, Twitter and WebToon will be updated with the new logo, that I personally feels adds that oomph of personality to the logo.

The fonts used are free for commercial use, so I should be cool to use it for future merch and publishing should I reach that point one day.

What do you think? Doesn't it look like some Disney TVA animated series?
