Buffer Build Week (Patreon)

Hi all, just as a reminder, this is buffer build week. so I won't be posting the comics.

I will post some alternative stuff. I'm just really late now because... we just adopted another dog! So I guess I'll just make a post about her right now.

This is Nilla Wafer (We'll probably change that to Tacoma). I've been watching her post at our local rescue for about 2 months now. Why did we wait so long? Well, she was heartworm and Lyme positive. And I was afraid that in her condition, she wouldn't be able to handle Blazer's energy. But I took Blazer to doggy daycare today and I asked about her since she was still at the rescue. They said she's no longer in treatment and should be fine for Blazer to play with! So I asked them to let the two play together to see how they play together. About 2:30 I got a text:

I said, "let's do it". The only problem? On the ad they said she was a Shepherd Mix. But everyone present thought she looks like a husky. Huskies are known escape artists in the canine world. And our fence is NOT husky proof. This is my only real concern.

Otherwise, they're doing great!Also, I sat down on the couch and she hopped up and took a nap next to me. She's really nervous so this meant a lot to me.
