No, nothing about that fits Murako's modus operandi - he's amoral, but not *evil* per se, and he's seen the lengths Endy and Niixa would go to save each other. Murako was persuaded to come to Kaerwyn to bring vengeance on Gruff. He's done that. His only reason to hang around was self-gratification; he's bored of that. He wanted to go back to Reklar and take Niixa with him, and if he's denied that, Occam's Razor says he'd destroy his already-dead host body to spite her and sod off.
