I'm really not happy with the way this looked. I'm really not happy with the way the dragons turned out.  I need to sit down and figure out what they look like.  If their appearance changes in later pages/issues, we'll chalk this up to Gruff's retelling being not quite right.

I might have a little time to redraw this page before it 'goes live', so if it does, well the basics will be the same. The dialogue would be the same.

If I was Endy, I would be PISSED to find out that everything to do with my mortal existence was a literal lie.

I love the way you draw dragon fur, it's so dynamic.

Here's one thing you could try doing: convert the page palette from RGB (additive colour, as with light) to CYMK (subtractive colour, as with ink) and see how much of the strongest bright colour suddenly washes out. If you ever decide to get Kaerwyn published as a print volume, you need to be able to drop the pages into CYMK anyway, and once you get used to designing with CYMK palettes (which I have to do for my job), the dissonance between what will transfer onto a printed page and what won't becomes blindingly obvious, strong bright greens in particular being susceptible. It could be this particular dissonance that's throwing your eye off, since everything else about the page and character design seems perfectly okay, and by experimenting there's a lot you can do with not a lot of effort to normalise elements of a CYMK palette, and still create quite bright colour contrast effects like the dragons have within the parameters that will prevent it from looking over-saturated.
