Current Preferences Poll! (Patreon)

Hello, everyone!

I would like to know how you're playing the game regarding your current optional preferences.

Please only select your favorite options between the On or Off option of each preference. For example: if you like to play both NTR routes (turned Off and turned On), only mark your favorite.
