Amazon is absolutely horrible with ads lmfao, but I hope separating the vid into chapters this way helps!! Thanks, as always, for your patience! Each episode is like a little movie it's so good.

ALSO, I did make the connection this morning that Naomi realized the Roci crew was in danger bc Filip said "I saved your life" 😢

Dang, you followed along really well and picked up that Filip was talking about him saving Naomi by abducting her and therefore her not being on the Roci, not that he noticed the knife and was referring to that. I actually had it wrong initially because I forgot about the Agustin Gamarra and what Naomi/Marco did to it.

Meg, I've found that there are two ways to avoid the ads -- at least this has worked for me. Option 1 is that, assuming you're using the Prime app, you can download the episode. Then, when you play it from the downloaded copy, it won't have ads. There's probably a limit to how many times you can do this (otherwise it would be a pretty big loophole and everyone would do it) -- I have never hit it, but maybe someone watching a higher volume (as you probably do) might. But it works for me. The other thing you can do is "pre-watch" the ads before recording. You basically load up the episode, start at the beginning and go forward to the place where the first bock of ads is and watch them. Then you go forward the next block, and do the same. Rinse, repeat until you reach the end of the episode. Then when you rewind to the beginning and watch, it will not make you watch the ads a second time because you've already seen them. Or, again, that's worked for me -- not sure how or if it will work in your situation, but it might be worth a shot. I guess theoretically you do risk seeing a few seconds of the episode ahead of time that way (even if it's just thumbnails when you're scrubbing back & forth along the video to find the ads). But if you don't watch those too closely, this can still be a good solution. Worth a try, I'd say. But obviously it's up to you.

Yes this is such an amazing season. You are seeing the Belter point of view and that is essentially the point. That every movement has its roots in good intentions and real suffering but often the powers that be don't budge until someone introduces a disaster situation. Its clearly a question we face today: how do we get people in powerful positions to deal with real world disasters before they become too overwhelming to change or reverse? I guess what I truly love about this show is it ends up being " a group of little guys" that manage to effect change in this very real and possible universe!

There's also the $3 method.
