Meg, I have been watching reactions to this show for years, and I've also probably seen dozens of them, many of them very smart and insightful people. You are the first one out of all of them who basically thought of Prax's idea before he did, talking about offering the hybrid an alternate source of the "food" it was seeking. You didn't come up with the exact details, but conceptually, you were there before the people in the story were. That's pretty incredible, and it's stuff like that that keeps me watching your reactions. It's been an absolutely pleasure taking this journey with you, and I'm looking forward to the rest of it (and the Telltale game, too). Have a great weekend, and see you in season 3!

Fantastic reaction Meg, you really do get this show. I guarantee by the time you're done with S6 it will likely be your favourite show. No story has ever touched me like this (discounting Lord of the Rings), and even on rewatches I still get choked up in places. Episode 12 is known as "The 52" for a good reason, it's just heartbreaking and uplifting all at the same time. And I can tell you now there are going to be a good number of one scene/one episode characters like Champa that will blow you away. S3E2 is in my top 5 of the whole show personally, and S3E5 and 6 should be watched together as they are the end of book 2. Until next time, beltalowda!

Another great reaction! I'm always a little surprised at how much compassion a lot of reactors have for the hybrids (or "husks" as you call them). Keep in mind they are being developed as weapons, and the one on board the Roci killed at least six UNN marines and three MCRN marines (the books had a lot more killed). FWIW "Caliban" is from Shakespeare's "The Tempest" where it is a half man-half monster creature.

A popular theory is that Errinwright *was* contemplating suicide up until Chrisjen told him she was going to meet Mao out in international space - at that point he realized he had a way back into the game and changed his plans. Note that we are not shown the poison until AFTER that conversation is had, and after killing Korshunov his hand terminal was informing him that the Karakum was in position (to be shot down).

IKR...first time I ever heard of it presented that way but well on the mark. The side characters (even sometimes just one episode folks) just bring something to this show that many side characters rarely do. The impact is insane and they end up a very memorable part of the show just like the main characters! 52 is just amazing and of course brings the tears no matter how many times I watch a Reactor watch it. Just speaks volumes to this show but also those that were a part of it. Their acting/effort were top notch and I'll always remember it!

Congrats on finishing season 2. Thanks to you and Caleb for these! So bit a trivia, the MCRN ship "the Karakum" that was blown up by Erirnwright's order was a Tachi class ship. Why does that matter? It's the same exact type of ship as the Rocinante. I think they show it for like half a second on a video screen.

Thank you for the double ep, these are watches well together. This show does one off characters so well. Champa, the big fella on Ganymede, is the MVP of the season and maybe of the universe. That scene gets me every single time. Sadavir turning the tables, Naomi revealing her deception, The ABC crew is coming together, Cotyar giving Chrisjen his reasons. And what the hell happened on Venus. Season 3 is top tier, and it what canceled while airing, good job TV execs.
