I'm sure this has been asked already but have you considered playing Dyson Sphere Program?

Yeah my vote is also on Dyson Sphere Program. They are taking a lot of inspiration from Factorio and its a massive fucking game. However its a lot simpler in concept, but way bigger in scale which makes up for it. Just no Trains sadly, but instead there is *Interplanetary Transportation* which is always nice.

I think that would be an excellent mod for you and your style of play. I got up to mission 8, stalled out there, but enjoyed the missions.

Thanks for going through all these scenarios. I think I tried out one or two way back when, when I was learning the game, but not since. Now I can stop wondering about them.
