In traditional CYOA fashion, at some point we're gonna have to pick up some items that may or may help with future encounters and obstacles. If the item you voted for didn't get chosen, do not worry -- those items will be offered again in the future with your votes carried over, along with new items to consider.

EDIT: The Diminutive Gem and Scroll of Control are both temporary effects.

Since items in general is a new feature to this CYOA, I'm still figuring out how to implement them into the story. So I'll be open to discuss their usage in the private Discord.
