Frieren is simply a great show. The plot is not as thick as other shows, but the characters and their interactions as well as the cinematography is just perfect. The Madhouse animation team simply delivered. I hope that the same team will work on the second season.

Frieren said 10 years was one one-hundredth, two ones, of her lifespan, so unless I'm dumb that makes her lifespan 10,000 years. Edit: oops, I read it as lifespan but she was saying how long she'd lived so far.

With how she said it, 10 years of her life is not even 1/100 of her life she is by that logic definitely over 1000 years but not then limited to an exact number. She could be 2000 years and say the same thing and be correct.
