Also, props to Uchiyama Kouki (Tsukki VA (and Meruem's btw)) for an amazing job in releasing all of Tsukki's emotions in that scream. He says in interviews that he was told by the director to never really emote much or to join the team in cheering points so that this moment is even more impactful

During the great Haikyuu/Monster war one of my comments to prop this series up was simply "Tsukishima Kei" I knew you girls would immediately understand and appreciate the character that he is and to hear y'all say he is your favorite character in this series vindicates my time spent in that polling war's trenches! thank you so much for loving Tsukki the way that we do! You deserve this happiness!

Lol I was like "Please don't overhype certain episodes" and they figured it out. But that's what makes Haikyu great, even when you know an outcome. How we get there is the most intriguing stuff

it took me AGES to watch but omg i knew this one would make you emotional 😭😭😭 tsukki and his character development is written beautifully and it culminates here, and since you guys like him so much i knew you'd love the pay off! i also really like that you guys like ushijima, and yes, you did know semi (#3, their pinch server and former setter)! he's more prominent in the manga but he's been here the whole time bantering with tendou and shirabu lmao. can't wait for next episode!!! <3
