I still maintain that season 2 of JJK on a binge is one of the best experiences ever. The stakes, the themes, the clash of ideals captivate me just as much the action sequences. I think it’s better than season 1 by some stretch and not just because of hidden inventory/ premature death but because the shibuya incident in and of itself is better than the entirety of season 1.

the Miwa scene talking to Mechamaru, about visiting him, is happening at the same time he is fighting and dying... we started last episode with him disconnecting that robot and telling Miwa he was gonna sleep a bit bc Geto and Mahito were coming, and then immediately the fight begun, so she just waited there with him, while he was fighting till his death.

Just a suggestion cause it does start to get a little crazy going forward, don't be afraid to go back and re-read the scenes with lots of text during your post-episode discussion. This episode was only names and rankings, but a lot of that info later on is much more important.

Special Grade 1 is a classification for sorcerers who have the abilities of a Grade 1 sorcerer but aren’t apart of the Jujutsu High system. So Naobito is not actually a Special Grade.

Wonder from here on out how they'll feel about the narrator. Cause they've seen Hunter × Hunter, It could be either annoying at times or it can add more to the story for them. Regardless, this arc took JJK to new heights that's on par with Chainsaw Man's next arc in the anime.

While I definitely want them to watch it someday, I'm fine with waiting longer. There are many reactors following the latest season who keep forgetting things because of the gaps between seasons, so I've come to realize it might be best to watch the series with as few interruptions as possible. The girls would probably do better at remembering than others, but I still think waiting a few more seasons is the way to go.
