Congrats! As a voter in a swing county in a swing state in the US, I took 3 hours to fill out my mail-in ballot and even looked up all of the 50+ state judges' records on the ballot. I voted against anyone who supported the Big Lie and the fake elector scheme. I can only hope my vote is actually counted. Rebellions are built on hope, after all.

Well, thank God we didn't elect the guy who wanted to remove the identification and tracking of ammunition, which would make it harder to identify where the ammunition found at crime scenes came from and to investigate the diversion of public stockpiles that end up in the hands of criminal factions. Whenever someone equates Lula with socialism these days, I immediately know they’re an idiot. Usually, it’s because he maintains public relations with "socialist" figures, even though he’s just a head of state acting cordially with as many nations as possible. Meanwhile, the rich and the elite in Brazil continue to benefit more and more, because the specter of socialism/communism definitely does not exist here. Do you really think Lula’s government is socialist? its a nightmare to read things like this when even the left itself criticizes him for not being a truly left-wing government. The current Lula is more of a centrist than anything else, he’s had to adapt to the rise of the far-right in Brazil and today he operates from a very pragmatic middle ground. In fact, he's even known for governing in the interest of billionaire bank owners, hes an open advocate for profits (and these banks have been reaching record profits under his government) What kind of socialism is that?
