I don't know the post discussion yet, but Raye used the Death Note, so he can't go to Heaven or Hell, that's the worse part.

LOL Honestly though, I still can't quite figure out if Raye saying those things to his fiance was author's own misogny leaking out or the author purposefully made the character a litte bit douche-y so that the audience wouldn't be too offended when Light killed him.. I have 2 theories 1. Society, when women get married they just "the housewife", while men goes to work. Don't forget, it's 2003 and their mindset were fuck. 2. He was trying to protect her, If she gets involve she might die, it's proven already that Kira will kill everyone who try to catch him.

He wrote the director's name at the top FIRST, and therefore the director was commanded by the death note to send Raye the files of all the agents. After that, they all died at the same time so as to avoid suspicion.

Raye = Ray, wrong translation. Damn you were savage against Ray, when he only pointed out his fiancee isn't anymore agent and she took a huge risk coming to Japan so they could meet her parents. Look at what happened to all the FBI agents. I like how innocent your reactions are =)

but she used to be an excellent fbi agent so why not just listen to what she has to say instead of shutting her down like that? i understand why it can come off as weird to them i felt like that too when i watched it the first time
