Just want to say I've seen this show a few times but always in the English dub, and now I'm living in Japan and have a big Japanese exam in 2 days so watching this with you 2 has been great practice. ^.^

Jacob

That chip bag thing was bothering me too, because they put 60 something cameras throughout the house, but didn't put any audio recording in as well? It's a little convenient.

Thamor

You promised us a scream...sadly we got only the silent scream when L was actually in the test =)

There was audio recording. You're supposed to believe that Light was actually watching the news not only hearing them I think. Still pretty far fetched but a fun scene.

João

It's not weird to be bothered by the TV in the bag of chips. Most shows have one "unrealistic" aspect that is very apparent from the get-go, so the notebook definitely wouldn't be something unrealistic since it's explicit from the beginning.

Jacob

I'm imagining a possible ending where Light is forced to give up the book to avoid justice and lives out the rest of his life with no recollection. Someone else finds the DN, and one day Kira just returns. It would be a dark enough twist that I kinda want to see that happen.

Brandon Wright

Hey girls random question, but what is that term you call each other? It always assumed it was "boo" but it dawned on me it might be a serbian word.
