They can react to it once, without pausing at all. And don't go frame by frame. As it goes by so fast anyway to be overly spoiled. The clips in the trailer are out of order and just the first 2-3 episodes. So either they react to it or not is fine to me. Other anime only-s on youtube I have seen react to it and not get anything out of it at all lol. I just want them to feel the hype everyone is feeling in the AOT community right now.
