Sooo excited for the edited version :)

Wallas

How are you managing to watch just one episode a day of this arc? 😭

StrawHat
>>122676469

They honestly have so much self-control lmaooo i binged this whole arc I don't even remember the different episodes it felt like one long movie

Max__

The horses empaled in the tree are fucking disturbing, HxH could easily be an horror show

l p
>>122675355

fuck i got so excited i thoght it was the edited version ;-;

Elli
>>122676469

I had a back injury and was out of work when I first watched it. I think I made it through the entire series in 8 days 😂

Shivering King Banana

I'm not a big coffee guy but in Greece Greek coffee is espresso out of a tiny cup. Sometimes people call it Turkic coffee but I think it depends on where you are and how it's made. Is that all espresso in your mugs or do you mix it with water or milk?

space1999

I haven’t heard the bit about the tail but I was repeatedly told as a kid that if I drank coffee I’d grow hair on my ears

Adrian

We will soon be 10 episodes into this arc and you have seen nothing yet. By this time in the previous arcs you would've been past the mid point and/or into the climax. It's easy to underestimate how big this arc is.

Timothy Smith
>>122678675

I was just in Greece in Sept while living in Turkey and yeah what we call Turkish coffee they call it Greek coffee but it same exact thing. An older Greek woman told me they only drink it at funerals and without sugar and that it's so gross. She was surprised I actually asked for it

Shivering King Banana
>>122678675

I never heard of people only drinking it at funerals. Everywhere I've been old men will sip on one cup for hours at the cafes.

Orr Malus

...but it did get worse.

Watch faster pleaaaseeeee

Elli
>>122709596

Or, instead of demanding more work from them, take a break for a few weeks, then come back and watch 10 episodes of their reactions at once.

Gabriel Machuca Wegermann
>>122709596

I really don't want to sound entitled or like a hater, but it's not like we're not paying for that to be a good advice lol. Many of us pay to watch reactions for one or two shows and it can be quite frustrating to only get like 6 episodes a month for hxh considering LM is not the cheapest patreon out there and most reaction channels react to 2 or 3 anime episodes at once, which really isn't that much to ask considering each episode is only like 19 min long substracting the intros and outros.

Elli
>>122709596

Two episodes a week is six a month? And just because you pay because of one or two shows doesn't mean they are doing one or two shows, all of which they do twice a week. And they have good, long discussions which most other channels only have good, or long discussions. And, they watch the intros, so I don't know what good it is to subtract that time. I suppose if you want quantity over quality you can go watch The Normies react to stuff while they sound like 12 year olds and miss the most obvious stuff about shows let alone anything with depth.

HgPt
>>122709596

I want to sound like a worshiper, I'm here just for 1 show and I'd pay twice as much for it, their reactions are priceless

Anonymous
>>122709596

You dont understand, im saying that i love LM reactions, so i think they can watch 4 episodes a week?

StrawHat
>>122709596

I feel like they have great long discussions for the shows they watch which is I'm sure the reason most of us enjoy their reactions. That's why it makes sense that instead of watching a bunch of episodes at once without discussing them like other reactors, they do 1 or 2 at a time and actually break it down. For me personally, I like that better cuz they get to enjoy the journey of watching Hunter x Hunter. Sometimes I wish I could forget hxh take my time with it instead of binging it all at once without sleep lmaoooo

HgPt
>>122709596

they don't have time to react and edit 3 or 4 episodes a week and they don't want to. They have already said that

Orr Malus

I'm going to get a lot of hate for this but it needs to be said: - Anime = 3 (episodes) x 25min x 2 (for the editing) = 150 min -> but let's approximate that to 3h of work per week - TV Show = 3 (episodes) x 1h x 2 (for the editing) = 6h -> but let's approximate that to 7h of work per week This totals to 10h of work PER WEEK for 6 videos (let's be considerate and give them a day off). Now let's double that amount to include the discussion portion that some people enjoy and we have a total of 20h of work per week for 6 videos. Considering what these girls are paid for HALF the workhours their Patreons have at their regular jobs, the fact that they skip days and don't even bother keeping a schedule is very insulting. If you think that I'm missing something time-wise just have a look at the output other reaction channels have. Lola and Milena, are you just taking advantage of your Patreons' patience (which don't even ask much from you in the first place) or am I exaggerating the grievances?

Gabriel Machuca Wegermann
>>122709596

Bro I said 6 and it turns out to be 8, why are you acting like I said a far off number or anything lol. And I'm not saying they should quadruple their workload just for this show or anything, I'm just saying them reacting to 2 chimera ant episodes isn't an irrational thing to ask, it would take as long as your average 45 min episode from any other show they react to and they can still have the typical discussion before and after. The chimera ant is long and better enjoyed binged watched anyway, and them reacting to two episodes at once and having the before and after discussion for two episodes instead of just one wouldn't add too much work, if anything it would lessen it as they could edit more episodes more quickly.

Skye
>>122709596

I think the obvious middle ground would be to at least have a schedule. I'm perfectly OK with the pace but it feels really shitty to not actually know when things are coming.

HgPt
>>122709596

It's not reasonable. This is their patreon, they want to react to 4 different shows, they explicitly said that they won't react to 3 episodes of HxH/week. They are not going to do it even if you insist, these requests are pointless

HgPt
>>122709596

actually the schedule is always the same, most of the time is Monday and Friday and more rarely it's Thursday and Sunday

alon

I’m really impatient when it comes to waiting but lmaooo the people here making a big a deal about it get a life 😭

Skye
>>122744326

I think this is an exaggeration. Nobody is being taken advantage of. I'd like some better communication and obviously would love if they pumped out more content, but I think this is a tad bit dramatic

HgPt
>>122744326

wait...they ask just 10€ for 80 hours of work? That's bad business, should ask more. Glad they are not greedy

StrawHat
>>122746377

fr lmaoooo btw I love your profile pic, i hope they watch jjk in the future...its my current obsession

Auxiliary
>>122744326

bro are you an editor?? I am. you are severely underestimating the workload.

Billy Overlord
>>122744326

They just do this for fun, and will stop when it becomes NOT fun. If you don't think it's worth your money, you can stop paying. They didn't have a plan going into this, so you shouldn't really expect any sort of "professionalism" from them.

Billy Overlord
>>122746377

I think they said in a reaction discussion that people said they wouldn't be interested in JuJutsu Kaisen because it is a story FILLED with action. I don't know about that though, I think they would really enjoy the highs of season 2, and jujutsu kaisen DOES have depth to it: it's just that a lot of the character development happens MID fight, instead of out of it I think if they liked Naruto and Hunter x Hunter, they would like Jujutsu Kaisen, since both jujutsu kaisen and Naruto were inspired by Hunter x Hunter

alon
>>122746377

ow thank you! I’m also hopeful they will but there are a lot of episodes focused on fighting and I don’t know if they would enjoy that :c

Skye
>>122746377

honestly JJK and HXH are nothing alike.. I do not think they would like JJK, I personally dont enjoy it myself even tho HXH is among my favourite anime

HgPt
>>122709596

it's easy but not necessary since it's always the same. I know exactly when HxH is coming, it's the day after The Wire. And The Wire is posted the day after the other 2 shows

Skye
>>122709596

It's not necessary to you perhaps, but im not the first nor will i be the last one to like an actual schedule.

Jon Roe
>>122744326

Seriously though… If you have such a big problem with it, you can just cancel your subscription. Come back in a year, pay for one month and watch it all in one go. Nobody is forcing you to stay along for the inconsistent ride…

Billy Overlord
>>122746377

Just cause you don't like JJK doesn't mean that they are not similar. The plot is always surprising, a lot of the characters are morally grey, and the power system is full of unique abilities, and you can create pacts to strengthen your abilities Toji's Cursed spirit he uses to house Cursed weapons is also very similar looking to the Nen beast created to exorcise nen by the guy from greed island

StrawHat
>>122746377

yea truee most of the development happens during fights but the story and plot is still interesting and i feel like they would enjoy it but i do wish it had more filler episodes. it's also the only anime I would recommend watching in dub for reactions since it's easier to follow. Although I'm really enjoying the story in season 2 and the manga, I don't mind if they don't watch it. I'm just happy they checked out HXH

alon
>>122746377

fair, but other thing is the girls are very character driven and jjk has a lot of interesting but also fun and easy to love characters that I’m sure they would fully enjoy

StrawHat
>>122746377

yess exactlyy the characters are so loveable...i just know they would love off Yuji lmaooo

alon
>>122746377

OH THAT’S FOR SURE that would be their baby boy

HgPt
>>122746377

I agree with Skye. JJK is the typical battle shonen. I don't understand what people want them to react too when they suggest it. As you said there are many fights, the part that hasn't been animated yet is basically just fights, some of them are long fights of secondary characters, there's nothing like that in HxH. They are very very different in many aspects

Billy Overlord
>>122746377

Okay, Chimera ant arc has a bunch of fights (not too the extent of JJK), and a lot of those fights are between secondary characters I think the second season has much more depth too it though

HgPt
>>122709596

as I said there is an actual schedule, and they post it sometimes. TV Show - The Wire - HxH - Anime - The Wire - HxH. From Wednesday to Monday most of the times and sometimes from Tuesday to Sunday. It's been like that for months...are you asking to post the same schedule every week?

StrawHat
>>122746377

if you think hxh is not similar to jjk then idk man, especially Chimera Ant Arc, It's a lot of fighting. Also, I personally feel they would enjoy the strong female characters who are not just there for fan service.

Orr Malus
>>122744326

Nobody is asking them to do anything extra. They're the ones that set a schedule and they're the ones that don't keep it. It's a constant theme with them. Asking someone to keep their OWN word is not an unreasonable request. If people stay quiet about it lest the army of white knights appears, then they're going to get more and more negligent.

HgPt
>>122746377

in hxh you have few episodes with real fights (I wouldn't consider the fight between Pokkle and Pike a real fight). In previous arc you had 3 fights in 1 episode and half in the entire arc (altho it's hard to call fights Killua and Biscuits fast clashes), in Phantom Troupe arc you had Kurapika's fight and Chrollo's fight with Zoldyck, most of fights are skipped and they show just the first part. I think JJK copied more things from Naruto and Bleach than from HxH, specially from Naruto

Gabriel Machuca Wegermann
>>122744326

Even though what Jon said it's true, still I don't think it's a bad thing to politely demand certain things for a service your paying.

Gabriel Machuca Wegermann
>>122709596

This HgPt guy wasn't lying when he said he would come off as a worshiper lol. It's okay, we all love these women and there's a reason we pay, but again, we pay. This is a service and like any service any person pays any place of the world, we expect a minimum level of commitment from them. If they can't increase their work schedule a little bit fine, but they could at least respect the schedule they themselves chose and are supposed to uphold. The fact that you are acting like this is a free service provided out of the kindness of their hearts and we have no say in any of it is honestly bizarre; if that's your take fine but don't ask like we are the weird ones for demanding the bare minimum and not worship these girls lol.

Anonymous
>>122746377

"Get a life" says the person defending random strangers on the internet who don't know you exist, because they watch a show you also like lmao

Elli
>>122709596

So walk away. You sound like an actual child. They said what they were going to do, they *did* post a schedule, it hasn't changed. So either understand that they're following the schedule still and stop bitching; or, go elsewhere so we can stop seeing you complain about nothing.

Wanda Did Nothing Wrong
>>122744326

You shouldn’t get to “demand” anything, politely or otherwise. You’re choosing to pay for this particular service. You can always just, not, if you don’t like it. Go watch on YouTube if paying and a lack of schedule bothers you guys so much. Simple fix for you 🙂

Gabriel Machuca Wegermann
>>122709596

What you said is not an "schedule" lol, just simply the order in which they react to T.V shows, but I guess we have different definitions of the word.

Orr Malus
>>122744326

The service sold was 7 reactions per week. We are not getting 7 reactions per week. Only a fool would say that you shouldn't demand the service you were promised. But you go ahead and fund their upcoming 10th vacation of the year with nothing in return, Wanda. I'm sure they'll do a toast in your name specifically.

HgPt
>>122709596

I also said from wednesday to monday, HxH is on friday and monday. They are students and for this patreon they work 20 hours/week...you pay 2,50€ for that, and you complain about their commitment... Again, they've already said they won't watch 3 episodes of HxH, they said they will keep watching 4 different shows, the service they offer is 6 episode every week and until know they've always respected their obligation

HgPt
>>122744326

what...? You wrote that we get 6 reactions/week in your 1st comment and now you say we don't get even 1? They post every week 6 reactions so they offer the service they promised, you are making up things and getting mad about them

Orr Malus
>>122744326

"I want to sound like a worshiper, I'm here just for 1 show and I'd pay twice as much for it, their reactions are priceless" - HgPT A few more months of simping and I'm sure they'll notice you. Don't stop! Believe in yourself and you shall succeed!

HgPt
>>122744326

in order to help me you should copy paste it under next reaction of HxH too, maybe they will read it and they will know how much I appreciate their work. Don't forget to add my name

HgPt
>>122709596

20 hours/ week - 2,50€/ week. You pay 2,50€ for 6 episodes, 12 video/week. I watch just HxH but that's my problem, not theirs

Orr Malus
>>122744326

"you should copy paste it under next reaction of HxH too, maybe they will read it and they will know how much I appreciate their work." 🤣 this is the reaction I had when I read your comment 😢 this is the reaction I had when I realized you're completely unaware of just how desperate for a connection you sound Listen, I know that you genuinely believe you're getting a lot from your subscription than what you are objectively getting. Your dozens of comments are proof of that. You probably feel that the girls even know who you are because they somehow read all the comments even though (paradoxically) they don't even have the time to watch 3 anime episodes per week. When others take advantage of people like you who are so enthusiastic about their hobbies I get very upset. And you're not even asking for much which makes their low effort all the more reprehensible. This is why these girls have left such a sour taste in my mouth.

HgPt
>>122744326

I know the girls don't read my comments, that's why I asked you to keep copy pasting them. And I know also that you are upset, I don't believe that it has to do with the girls tho. You don't need to "get hate", you need a hug

FrankReynolds
>>122744326

I think you need to take some time to yourself, you're thinking way to deep into it. If you think the content is too slow only sub every few months and catch up. This is patreon, not a national service, you don't get to demand or expect anything more than what's available. If you don't like it don't participate.

Rob
>>122744326
