Damn, Riku is literally drowning in feet. He is living all our dreams. 🥲 Absolutely incredible ending though! Dialogue and story was great and the moments of objectification were *chef's kiss*. I was on the fence about Hinata but after this one, She is definitely my favourite. Caring yet dominant is the best combination.

Definitely better than the last chapter. I still really feel like you should've dived deeper into Riku's insecurities and uncertainty about being a "slave". He should've take the initiative and established clear boundaries like any M/S relationship (whether it be platonically like his relationship with Reika and Sayuri. Or something more "romantic" like his relationship with Hinata). I still didn't like how Reika got off scott-free despite being the one manipulating everyone to be disgusted of Riku and for being the one who made the plan of killing Riku (even though she stopped it). She still reverted to her petty self at the end of the story with little remorse of her actions

Great conclusion. (Little details that don't line up perfectly with my expectations for characterization, but nothing important.) I wonder if one of those outfits Hinata bought was the leopard print bikini. The OG Hinata with her hair down XD

The quality of Chapter 8 is absolutely breathtaking. First of all, its scope is unprecedented—it definitely deserves a 10/10. As for the plot, I’d rate it a 7/10. The opening is filled with such intense tension; I thought it was going to take the parallel timeline approach, where the protagonist is repeatedly tormented by the three corrupted heroines in his nightmares, while the three real heroines save him in a humiliating manner in the real world. That would have been a top-tier, brilliantly structured setup. Unfortunately, it only served as foreshadowing, and the story took a much milder turn afterward. Still, credit must be given—its plot logic is far superior to that of Chapter 7. All loose ends are neatly tied up, the three heroines show genuine reflection, and the relationship between the protagonist and them develops noticeably. My only minor complaint is that Sayuri would have been a far more fitting choice to save the protagonist. It feels like Sayuri is reduced to a mere plot device later on, and I was really looking forward to a heartfelt one-on-one monologue or conversation between her and the protagonist. For the M-themed content, I’d give it a 7/10. The variety is quite impressive—it has a bit of everything—but it just doesn’t feel particularly eye-catching or groundbreaking. Sayuri’s segments are too similar to those in Chapter 6, and Hinata’s parts are quite reminiscent of True Fan. The overall style is rather tame and conventional. As for the cuckolding elements, personally, girl-on-girl cuckolding doesn’t do much for me; it doesn’t really feel like actual cuckolding. Storyboarding and action design: 8/10. The storyboarding in this chapter is genuinely striking—several frames are exceptionally well-crafted, such as the layout and facial expression design on page 87, and the action choreography on page 133. Overall, this is a pretty solid conclusion to The Missing. I suspect even the talented Whiteboi must be worn out from working on it, and honestly, as a viewer, I’m feeling a bit fatigued too—this entire storyline has been going on for nearly half a year. I’m looking forward to new stories and new chapters, and I also hope the M-themed content can delve deeper and expand further, much like Mistress Is All Around. The above is purely a personal review.
