This is Rebecca, an OC from Cheese142, who commissioned me to draw her, having an accident.
Well, this can hardly be called an 'accident'. The bondage suggests this was a setup. :P

I love how you always draw these bright pink diapers for maximum contrast with the colour of the inevitable mess they get filled with. Its very visually striking

That's something I tend to go for, yeah. Maximum contrast between the diaper and the rest of the pic. :-) It's actually why I go for pink a lot in the diapers I draw. It tends to be a color that isn't in the pic an awful lot, so it stands out. When you see a really sissy pic of mine, with lots of pink, and the wearer is wearing a pink printed diaper, you can bet it was a request from the person commissioning it, because in such a case, I'd go for a minty green diaper, again, for contrast. ^_^

A factory?!? Like I've got minions doing the.... Oh, wait a sec * From a distance, a whip cracks "Keep lining that drawing, you lazy ass, who said you could stretch for a second or two?!? The rest of you, keep working or there'll be no food tonight!" * Sorry about that. As I was saying, like I've got minions doing the work for me?! I'm no factory, I'm just me! ^_^
