Now the curious and chaotic kitten running around in my brain does want to potentially make contact with it in SOME way…but on the other hand, the last time we were given the chance to make friends with somebody here, it turned out to be a mutant rat wearing human skin. So I reckon I’m still on a roll when comes to not trusting the obviously monstrous beings that inhabit the monstrous plane of existence 🤣🤣🤣

It favour of approaching it... it's a risk but I have a feeling it's a dark world imitation of a farmer (its sowing the fields with bone meal in a very messed up dark world way) and it may have something to do with why this area is the 'eye of the storm'. I have a feeling it's passive and if we interact there's a chance we could get info or a trinket to help defend against the blight (which Frederick said the mask might not even do anything against for sure).

As deeply tempted as I am to make contact, the whole beginning of this episode and the way everything in the environment seems to be funneling the boys in this direction (the mist, the cloud walls, the "eye of the hurricane" vibes) makes me feel like this is more of a lure- something to get our guard down and try to infect us with that blight 😅

While I don't think that this being is necessarily a friend (as most things in the Dark World have proven to be... very much not friends), I think there's something to be learned here from this facsimile of a farmer. At the very least, it isn't actively trying to harm us, so that could be worth poking just to see what might happen. (And possibly what useful tool we might gain.)
