i feel like this is gonna get more civilians killed but w/e its probly the safer move

That's a tough one and I've been reasoning myself in circles - there are good pros and cons for both options. I'm going to go windows because I don't want to risk the door being locked and/or to be stuck in a small space with a killer at my back.

The door seems to lead further into the apartment complex, which means who knows how many more casualties. However, anything is better than giving Mr. Collins a clean shot.

It’s the riskier move, but I’m voting window to hopefully keep civilian casualties to a minimum. Fingers crossed that the outdoors will provide more options for cover and escape routes

All options are risky for Arthur and bystanders, but into the building provides more options in terms of possible hiding places, misdirection, etc to shake The Butcher vs an open alley

The hallway is too much of an unknown for me. The door to the hallway could be locked/jammed/stuck, there could be any number of obstacles in the hallway, which would likely be more of a detriment to Arthur than the Butcher, etc etc... plus the Butcher has been just blasting doors with this shot gun, I don't fancy the idea of being in a small enclosed space.

Collins hasn't reloaded after his second shot in the apartment but will absolutely be able to do that before Arthur gets back down to the alley. Heading for the hallways is faster and could force him to choose between reloading or giving chase

Have I mentioned how much of a horrible choice this is? Because wow this is a horrible choice. I’ll choose door because I trust that Arthur and John were thinking of a plan when they darted up here, but let it be known that I very much wanted to yeet us out the window and book it down the alleyway.
