Could it be set up on the master morpher to light up depending on the key term, like if tyrannosaurus is called the lights turn red but if triceratops is called it turns blue

Not really. Arduino is super limited. The board can't differentiate between what's being said and what it can do. There needs to be a switch telling the arduino this is what I'm about to say to tell the components how to react
