Hypnovember - Day 7 (Patreon)

A little shift in style, this one is neither finished nor a sketch, its half of each, like Shantae, half genie! Wait, this isn't Shantae... The spell was for Shantae! Why is she dressed like her!? Why does her hair have a MOUTH!?!?So for day 7 I wanted to go with a genie out of a lamp scenario, but it's never been my kind of thing, so instead I did use this day for something I had been wanting to draw for a while. In the mobile version of the game Skullgirls, each fighter's color palette is a unique fighter, with their own stats, levels and skills. The first (good) diamond fighter I ever got was Djinn Frizz, a Fillia variant. In the game is just a color palette swap, but I always imagine the fighters on the game as fusions, mixes of the Skullgirl character, as well as the character thats referenced, and I had always wanted to draw one of those designs I imagined. So there, that's the reason this exists.

As for sketch state of it, I decided to use this to attempt a more cartoony style, while working on it I got reminded of some of the more cartoony pics and expressions I've done, and I think I might want to revisit them every now and then.
