Imperial Malpractice (Patreon)

More tablet practice! We find Meddy from the Megaman Series infected by the Evil Empress virus. This was a pic I worked on fully on the tablet and I was surprised at how good it ended up, there were some rough things that needed patching, but overall I was very happy with the result.
