Reward - Hypno!Toriel (Patreon)

For a reward a patron asked me for a pic of Hypno!Toriel being hypno'd, so I figured I'd take the chance to get a good pic of her Hypno!Tale design. At first I was going to aim to a more exagerated design, trying to go the Hypno!Muffet route of changing her drastically, but after trying some designs I decided something smaller was more fit, and since her whole thing is that she has turned into a tyrant on the ruins, I thought I'd give her more of an Evil Queen vibe. 

To sum her story, after losing Asriel and Chara to Mind control shenanigans, she dreads it, so she moves to the ruins and creates a Hypnosis free safehaven there. Overtime, the 6 humans that came before Frisk arrive, and all leave to fall under Asgore's hands. Slowly, Toriel begins to lose it, so she becomes more strict, more tyrannical, until she reaches the point where she breaks her own rules and starts hypnotizing everyone to make them forget how to use their mind control abilities, but only that, she follows her own rules when possible and never really forces anyone to do anything outside of punishments. And when Frisk arrives, only to also leave, she snaps, and breaks her own rule, trying to force Frisk to stay with her.

Her methods of hypnosis are:

- Will'o Wisp Flames: These purple flames burn bright and can trap anyone who stares at them for too long into a zombie walk that will force them to follow the flames wherever they go.

- Ruling Eyes: Her Golden eyes can put any creature into a trance in a heartbeat, this combined with her imposing presence makes everyone in the Ruins afraid of looking her in the face.

- Spider Poison Cake: Like her normal self, she is a great cook, and she has struck a deal with Muffet's stand in the Ruins in exchange for letting them set up shop, she gets some of their posion for her recipes, which paralizes the body and puts victims in an open state, similar to a truth serum.

Also yes, thats a Hypno!Froggit, and they use hypnotoad covers.
