Hello All!

John is on one in these visions! Love seeing Olivia face to face (well kind of) with John, if it even is John haha - it's all so confusing but it makes for great TV. I do hope that we get to see Olivia truly confront Agent Scott & get to the bottom of all this behaviour. Always here to see protective Peter too, more of that plz and thank you.

Truly hope you enjoy the reaction folks. Have a fab week everyone! Thank you for the constant love & support!

Much love

Dakara x

I adore that Olivia opened up to Charlie as well. I find it very telling that there's a lot of trust between them. And I appreciate that Peter is giving her the opportunity to trust him too. He just says "I'm here" and that's enough and she knows

John Scott didn't kill the guy in the hospital, just like the butterflies weren't really there at the beginning, they are hallucinations caused by the drugs that can have a actual physical impact on the body. Love the reactions btw, so glad you're following Grimm with Fringe, I just love these shows!

just from this episode, i always got the impression that walter's read of the john/olivia situation was wrong. he keeps saying it's impossible for him to be seeing her but he DEFINITELY responded to her words and made hard eye contact. under normal circumstances, maybe he'd be right, but he's never actually dealt with a situation like this; it was all theoretical with unknown repercussions when olivia first went into that tank. plus there's the question of whether or not john's knowledge and understanding of this stuff is potentially affecting it (like, he's able to recognize his current state because it's not totally outside his realm of knowledge and so can more easily navigate it/snap out of the memory) olivia's soft little admission of "yeah. i know" to peter's claim of always being available seemed like she herself was realizing that she actually knew that and was kinda surprised and pleased by it. i'll take it as a step towards feelings lol

I enjoyed the episode, but it's the first one where I found myself distracted with other things like looking at my phone, etc. I was happy to see Scooby again, as I don't recall the last time he (she?) made an appearance. Since I'm rewatching Buffy (again), what happened to Salem? I'm allergic to cats, but that doesn't stop me from helping them or rescuing them when they're in need. I remember finding a very tiny, very young kitten outside of the place I was working at about 20 years ago and I brought her in, fed her, and she sat on my shoulder for hours. My eyes itched like mad, but she was lovely. On the name pronunciation, the U.S. pronounces the name "Craig" as "Kreg", as does Canada. The only time it's pronounced as "Kraig" is if that person introduces themselves as such. I've never met a "Kraig", but have had several "Kregs" in my life. I know that in Ireland, Scotland, and Wales there are regional variations of the pronunciation using both "Kreg" and "Kreag". Also parts of England if I remember correctly. I did find it odd that in that early scene with the woman on the phone she said what sounded like "Kreg" and then 2 seconds later said "Kraig". Oh, almost forgot, we say "Graham" as "Gram". Speaking of name pronunciation, in late 2022 I met a really cool girl at the dog park and we hit it off. Felt like a friend of many years. She had an accent and was surprised when I said, "Ah, South African." She replied saying that most people thought she was Australian or a New Zealander. She introduced herself as "Yahnay" but her name was spelled J-a-n-e. I was sad when she and her husband moved away three months later (he was a travelling nurse). They both gave me bear hugs and she kissed me on the cheek. And yes, getting older hurts. I was going to use Walter's "I just got an erection" as a funny reference to the episode in my closer, but I think I'll just say, Thanks Dak, hasta luego!

I don't think Olivia has allowed herself to grieve John and their relationship yet. Which makes her admitting to her feelings in that memory all that more precious. Sometimes all it takes is to say some things out loud to the other person. "I loved you but you betrayed me". I don't think she would ever be able to move on without it, ring or no ring. And I think Peter is in the same boat in this episode. He also needs to grieve the relationship he had with that woman. He's just the other side of the betrayal coin. He's the one who "betrayed" because he left. Regardless if he was doing it for her safety, he clearly hurt her. Otherwise she wouldn't have to wonder if she ever actually knew him. That was the more thoughtful part of me speaking. The more juvenile side of me is basically over the John Scott storyline. I like the actor, I like him getting the $$$ but pls let him finally rest so that Olivia can move onto other things in life... or other men ;) Kudos to Walter for not giving in. I'm pretty sure the pre asylum Water would not care if anything happened to his test subject. He's clearly growing fond of Olivia and developing some conscience. I find his comment about being religious in the past quite intriguing. As an atheist I admit not always being able to comprehend faith. Science and religion are rarely considered harmonious concepts, it'd be interesting to see someone who so carelessly pushes all possible boundaries believe in something more. Finally, hallucinated butterflies with razor wings and strolls into dead people's memories, and yet the least believable part to me is bad boy Peter. He seems like such an empathic and caring character I just have trouble buying it. He must have been way better at hiding his emotions then. And I'm sorry but the only menacing aspect of him is that he's very tall lol

i say "craig" with an A sound. it's not a hard crAAig sound, it ends up sounding like something between an A and an E (like soft A's often do.) the only one's i know who say it with a straight E sound were relatives from rural missouri (we're from chicago)

I'm from Chicago as well. I've been living in Tennessee for just over 29 years. I was just going from my personal experience and doing research that I used in my comment. It was oddly interesting reading. If you visit Nashville, we do have an authentic Chicago pizza place called 312 Pizza Company; the owners are Chicagoans as are some of the employees. They do both thin crust and deep dish and it takes me back to the '70s and '80s. Our go-to was Marie's Pizza on Lawrence if we ate out and Sano's, also on Lawrence, if we got delivery, as we lived on Kenton which was about a block and half away. I live in Goodlettsville, which is north of Nashville, but not far, and there is an authentic Chicago place called Staleys (the original name of the Bears) about a mile away from my house that has authentic Chicago Hot Dogs, Italian Beefs, pasta, pizza, etc. Owned by a Chicagoan who drives to Chicago every two-three months to buy Chicago stuff that he has no need to buy in bulk, like Jay's potato chips, etc. If you make it this way, message me and I'll give you my phone number if you'd like company.

Weird thing to point out, but Olivia and her Windows XP setup lol. Throwback.
