Hello All!

THIS SHOW! It's just so goooood! Awesome finale to season 2! The saying, 'what on Earth is going on?' seems so fitting right now haha. Bobby is an utter legend, came in clutch saving the famous duo! The Roci crew faced another challenge of life and death AND Naiomi finally spills the tea on the sample! INSANE! Great to see Fred again, if only for a short moment. Bring on S3 guys! Also, welcome all new members following my pilot release over on YT - hope you all enjoy the content <3

Much love

Dakara x

- If for whatever reason the links still aren't working for you, please try an alternative browser. For example, if you are using Microsoft edge please try google chrome. Again though, you must be signed into your google account.

- The above should solve your issues, in the odd case it doesn't, I can only put it down to it being a fresh upload and too many people are accessing the link...on this occasion I typically leave a temporary link at the bottom of the description. This lasts for 4 weeks after my initial posting. The exceeded views does reset so please be patient & try again on another day.

No idea when I will get to this but I already know the reaction will be brilliant cuz let's be real dak is amazing 💙

Stretch

Haha at 03:55 you can see your eyes dart back and forth to his "little V shape torso"

Mirko Paskota

Bobbie the LEGEND!!! (and Cotyar wasn't too bad, packing her power armour suit and bringing it along ... )

Robert

Great reaction. I knew that this show would be a hit, just wasn't able to watch it at the time. Glad I got a second chance, because I am loving it!! This episode did seem to fly by, even though there was a lot going on. The guns were recognition locked, probably though fingerprint or some other device, so it could only be used by authorized persons. I knew Bobbie was going to make it. Marine training makes her an expert at improvisation, and an expert at hand to hand combat. The "creature" is showing some signs of intelligence, and rudimentary problem solving. Also, considering it came from a molecule, vaporizing it would not be an effective way to kill it.(Think Dr. Manhattan from Watchmen.) Meanwhile the Venus expedition has found something unexpected. The molecule seems to be terraforming the area and the ship has fallen into it. t was great that Cotyar packed Bobbie's power armor, he obviously though it would become necessary. BTW, everyone I know except my remaining family members call me Robert, you can call me Bobby if you like.

PaulC

They could have said anything in that dialogue and you would have been none the wiser!

The cliff-hanger type endings can be frustrating. I don't know you can restrain yourself from binging lol.

Isak Haugerud

I'm glad you're really enjoying this amazing show, and it will still keep ramping up from here if you can believe that 🤯

Shawn Anomaly

Still catching up to you (currently at 2x2 as I just subbed) but decided to see your finale reaction. Everything you're saying is spot on (quality, outdoing themselves each time, jaw dropping moments, etc.)! It's always amazing seeing a person go from, "Umm okay, this show is...ok" to "OMG I love this show, the story, the characters, and can't believe how good this show is!"! I too went through that initially rejecting the show after 1x3. Ended up accidentally running into the show again all thanks to a GIF of the Roci. Couldn't believe I rejected the show at first but now this show goes down as my all time favorite tv show regardless of genre. I watch it over and over again through Reactors now because it's nice to see folks have no idea the journey they're about to take! I remember your comment about the intro some time back and agree with it. Best intro with singing/music that absolutely hits the core! And just to think, you're about to enter what's considered the wild season of Season 3! Can't wait to see just how much more your mind is about to be blown. You haven't seen anything yet!

PongPong31

Just watched. And it is, brother, it is.

Loved this reaction! Some show huh? Particularly enjoyed your thoughts on Holden's state of mind and where his heart lies. Usually when people make really pivotal, important decisions, which then turn out crappy, excuses like, "with the best of intentions" "from a good place" "for the greater good" immediately pop up. Our captain is a rare breed. He's a good man, who does things because it's the right thing to do, but then holds his hands up, if and when he knows he's gone a tad too far. The visuals and cinematography. Chefs kiss! With a fraction of the budget a lot of these big Sci fi or fantasy shows burn through, The Expanse stands alone. It's nothing short of a miracle how they keep things looking incredibly gorgeous. Some stunning visuals , this show has, it does. Not to mention the turnover rate between seasons. None of that 2-3 year waits between seasons most shows these days, make the viewer go through. This isn't the first time any of us have said it, and you're definitely gonna be hearing a lot more of the same, but if you think you've seen stuff, better strap in even tighter. Things get crazier. This insane ride you've gotten on? Is still in it's infancy.

PongPong31

Oh and I'm usually the one highlighting whenever Thirstkara appears, but since someone seems to have beaten me to it, you get a pass.

PongPong31

She'll deffo be needing subs just for instances like these haha.

Varun Laks

Just to quickly answer your question about why the guns didn't work for Bobbie, it was because they were finger-print locked or armor-locked to the original user. So it locked Bobbie (and anyone else) from using it. That seems to be standard for all of Mao's people. Even back in the 4th episode of the show, Holden wasn't able to use the gun of one of Mao's soldiers during the attack on the Donnager, because it was keyed to the soldier's armor.

PongPong31

Strickland, "Sweet dreams" Dakara, "Fuck you." Nice.

Azraelov

surprised you never noticed the cameo in this episode dak. Adam Savage from Mythbusters was one of the crew on the science ship 🤣

Isak Haugerud

Too engrossed in what was happening! I didn't notice him the first time I saw it either 🤣

Kevin

Great reaction as always. Sorry if my previous video's comment strayed outside what was OK. I was trying really carefully not to include any spoilers for either medium.

IT'S AN EXPLODED PARTS DIAGRAM!!!! Omg omg omfg you have no freaking idea how excited an engineering mind like mine freaked out seeing this live for the first time!!! I was a widdle toddler playing with exploded parts diagrams for fun! They were so exciting to look at!!! I feel like this is exactly what this was... An alien child like curiosity thinking... OH COOL a little ship with so many little parts I wanna take it apart and look at all the little pieces.... Poof... Exploded parts diagram irl. I was such a menace as a little child to my parents... Always taking everything apart I got my hands on. You couldn't leave me alone for more than a few min at a time... I feel like so many engineering people like me were jumping out of their chairs screaming at the TV when we saw the ending to this episode... Or maybe just me and for sure like 3 others... But omg... The rush of excitement I felt in that moment shot the rating of this season through the roof for me.... Ok ok ok... I'm calm... I'm calm... 😬 I'm so happy you are continuing to enjoy this show. It's truly special. And unique. Thank you for watching it with us.

AC10

WhooWhoo heck yeah thanks for being here. We all seem to be having a lot of fun with this one

Hey Shawn! Nice to see you here and some of the other long time peeps! I am loving seeing Dakara fall in love with this show!! I am nervous about catching up too fast as her drops are less often but they seem to be coming faster these days (hmmm, wonder why?) but her analysis and outro's are Top Tier! I am loving her character analysis, especially the crew of course but really all the major players here. Full disclosure, I was a book reader before I watched the show so I never had a problem with S1 because I already knew what to expect, but I can see how it takes focus and patience to fully latch on and become true believers without knowing the story, but it somehow is that much sweeter!

Etta Eskridge

Only a month behind now, Just pointing out that the last scene was necessary as we poor souls watching this when it first came out had to wait almost a year before S3 came out and this way we were all reassured that Mei was NOT the monster on the Roci that got blown up. And yeah, Amazon sucks but when the news came out I purchased the Blue Ray set immediately and had already purchased the first 6 seasons. I so much appreciate your format however, no synching needed!! I will listen to the Outro a bit later (30 minutes worth!!) because you do such a good job of it.
