Hello All!   A much slower episode but man alive did we need it after the last one! I adored seeing more of Drummer and hope and pray she ends up having some wins in her life because she deserves the bloomin' best!! Her hearing about Naomi really pushed her over the limit. Naomi is an absolute bad ass though and is fighting like hell to help save the ones she loves. I'm scared she's not gonna make it guys!! This show is one that I know I'd LOVE to rewatch and I haven't even finished it yet!

Enjoy the reaction,Much loveDakara xA huge shout out to my current sponsors in The Mark of Jayne:AC10 | Azraelov | Brian D | Chris M | David C | David G | Lord David S

Yay!!! A Relax n Chill episode is fun too. Thanks.

The post says episode nine got real excited that you did two. After the next one it’s packed with action.

AC10

Good catch. I missed that entirely. Still tagged "5x09" although I don't understand what those tags are used for. Might cause an issue in the future scheduling or something.

AC10

Lookin at the door... "Why is she? Oh God. Sweet Jesus. No. No don't do this... Ah-ohh...(mumbling)". Oh she doin it. You know she doin it. (God I love these characters).

Just watched. you called it on Naomi editing the message.

Tony Camas

I've watched, at this point, probably a couple dozen people and groups react to this show. I think Dakara is the first person I've ever seen figure out what Naomi was doing (editing the message). Hell, some people didn't even get it until halfway through the NEXT episode. Well done, Dak!

Robert

Love the new interim President of the UN council. I hope he keeps the position. I got serious Churchill vibes from his speech about not yielding. "We shall fight them in the air, we shall fight them on the beaches, we shall fight them in the fields...", I'm sure you know it better than I do. Very inspirational, and exactly what people needed to hear. He wants Marcos, but he doesn't want to become Marcos. Amos and Clarissa have a plan to get off Earth, and I'm certain that Amos is counting on Chrissie to get them back to Holden. Drummer has hit the lowest point that she can reach, which is good, because now she only has up as a way to go. Naomi is a very resourceful woman, and very determined to reach her goals. She immediately realized her situation, and found a way to overcome it, despite her trying to recover from near death.

This show is just incredible. Thanks for reacting to it!

Here they go with the pain again. This episode should be called PAIN. Both emotional snd actual physical pain. Naomi obviously goes through both. But Drummers pain at hearing that Naomi is dead and her atavistic scream is just soulchrushing. I almost felt that as real pain myself. There have been a few tough episodes now, lets hope for a win for the good guys soon.

Honestly, it's one of the most rewatchable hour long dramas I've ever encountered. I've watched brilliant BRILLIANT television series (The Sopranos, Breaking Bad, The Americans, etc.) but never before have I had the urge to rewatch those shows over and over like I do with this glorious series. I can't explain it. But it's real. 🤣🤣

Muttley's Foundry Development

Just a heads up for when you reach season 6 (no spoilers). There are five bonus mini-episodes hidden away in the first five episodes of season 6 called "One Ship" on Amazon Prime. They're all fairly short (5-6 minutes) and are really worth watching to add some additional context around the main episodes. To access them you need to pause the normal episode, select X-Ray > All > Bonus Content.

PongPong31

Dominique Tipper, take a bow. We thought she'd displayed range the last episode. But this episode, she had nobody to play off. Just her, and her acting chops. How she managed to elevate herself even further was a goddamn sight to behold.

Crystal Deth

This show won't stop making me crush on Drummer!

Amir Gunn

The war table discussion with Avasarala and the "proportional response" is so poignant and scary considering whats going on right now. Just replace a word or two

S5 packs a wallop dunnit? I bet S1 you would never imagine you would be crying your way through S5.
