Hello All!

Part two complete. THAT TWIST AT THE END THOUGH!! So good!! I think this show is gonna be brilliant, seeing as it's currently winning in the poll, there's a good chance I take this one up next week. Works for me. Let's see if they find Earth?!...

Much love

Dakara x

Again though, you must be signed into your google account.- The above should solve your issues, in the odd case it doesn't, I can only put it down to it being a fresh upload and too many people are accessing the link...on this occasion I typically leave a temporary link at the bottom of the description. Love the "Oh what if he's a cylon? Or her? Or him?!" because that's exactly what I was thinking when I saw this for the first time. Think you've confused a couple of the character names though - the reveal at the end is Sharon, who is also called Boomer (her callsign). Dee is the one who smooched Billy randomly in the corridor. I don't blame you for the confusion though, they throw so many names at the viewer, and calling people both by their name and their callsign really trips people up. Kinda can't blame Gaius for being a treacherous little snake. If Tricia Helfer shows up in my mind, I'm doing what I'm bloody well told.

DakaraJayne

Whoops! Sorry. Im awful with names, thanks for helping out and being understanding 🥰 im totally with you too, Tricia would have that effect on many of us haha 😄

Steve Mercier

And this is just the miniseries...and now on to one of the best, most satisfying, most thoroughly thought-out series of all time...sci-fi or otherwise. Just good shit.

Nate

I know I suggested some other shows, but I'm very excited for you to go through Battlestar. It is such a good show, full of interesting and complex characters, moral conundrums and many ethical and philosophical debates. You have some questions already, you'll get some answers and then a lot more questions are along the way, haha. I am very curious to find out which way your sympathies will go, and what will make them change. May the Lords of Kobol bless you with spoiler-free comments and empower your mods to defeat the hidden cylons (spoiler posters) in your midst.

Robert

Welcome to the world that would become the new Battlestar Galactica. You'll love it. The blonde(Tricia Helfer) is called Number Six, and the most interesting question about her is, is she part of Baltars conscience, or a piece of Cylon technology? Other more pressing questions are: What happens next? Where will we go? How will we survive? Kara(Starbuck) doesn't like the fact that Col. Tighe is an alcoholic. Yes we have seen the drunk, but not the alcoholic yet. Gaius Baltar is an interesting character. In the original series he was just flat out evil. Here he's more nuanced. He's a self absorbed ... won't say what, but I think you can draw your own conclusion. He won't do anything that might jeopardize his own safety or comfort. Boxy is another shout out to the original series, except he was Apollo's adopted son, and the writers gave him a pet. Speaking of that, I found a great piece of nostalgia that I'm leaving in Dakara's Discord under music recommendations. You might like it.

Thadman

Heh, yeah when Dak said about Starbuck and Tigh, "What is her problem with him?" I said, "...she just said the problem she has with him. Starbuck pretty much says what she means when she says something."

Azraelov

Im so excited to see you watch this series Dak! This right after the expanse as well, all i need now is for Person of Interest to make it through a poll n you will have hit 3 of my most favourite shows in a row!!! You are spoiling me right now Dak, love ya for it lass. You brighten my days, every week ☺️🫶 Hope you n the family are doing well ❤️

Ian

I'd forgotten just how good this show is 🙂🔥 Starbuck is friggin great love her , the music is pretty epic also . Lots of familiar faces that are so young in this . Really enjoyed both parts and both reactions . So say we all !! 🔥

Ian

Forgot to say Chernobyl is amazing it will wreck you and make that wet stuff seep from your eyeballs but it's so good everyone should see it at least once in their lifetime 👍

DakaraJayne

I think ill really enjoy it, just dont know if others will. If its short I could always just add it to patreon only or something

Ian

Without question you're enjoy it and it generally does great on YouTube. It's only 5 episodes all fantastic 👍

PongPong31

Finally got to these couple of reactions. I'm glad it's gotten you so invested already. Dunno how you keep doing it, but there's no way I'm complaining. Insert the *just when I think I was out, they pull me back in* meme. What a lineup of reactions! I'd also second Ian's affirmation of something short like Chernobyl (Band of Brothers also falls in that category, just saying. Lol) Stuff like that could deffo work and wouldn't require you to immediately commit to a third long form show. Anyway I'm beyond excited to go on this particular adventure with you!
