Hello All!

My schedule for Buffy will be 2 episodes a week here on Patreon. Hopefully one on a Tuesday & one on a Thursday :) please check updated Tiers.

Best ep so far IMO. I feel like the show is finding it's feet here. Had everything I look for in a show & hope to see many more like this one! Love me some Angel & this really dove a little deeper into his storyline. It also wasn't over shadowing our main group which I loved. Very enjoyable episode!

Thank you all so so much for watching, hope you all enjoy the video & I will look forward to reading your comments as always,

Have a lovely week everyone! Thank you for the constant love & support!

Much love

Dakara x

Ian

Another fun episode and fun reaction dak I've started looking forward to your chair dancing more and more you're committed now you gotta keep doing it lol "you're get old and wrinkly" willow keeping it real 😂 had to do a double take rewind seeing darla I was like is that Julie benz and yep it sure was love her 😍 your cheeks must be aching cuz of all the smiling 😀 so great to see you enjoying this show so much 👌

DB

I think you're the only reactor who figured out Angel was a vampire before he vamped out! Impressive! It's a bit pity you're aware of the spin-off but it's difficult to be completely spoilers free 20 years after a show ended. (Unless you're Stephenie Meyer claiming never hearing about Buffy in the early 2000s while publishing basically a Mormon Bangel fanfic lol)

DB

Btw I've noticed you never put episode titles. Are you avoiding them because of potential spoilers? I do hope you have moderators for later tbh

Whisper_dvm

This is a fantastic early episode of Buffy. Just a hint of the show it has yet to become as far as the deeper, more nuanced storytelling. Definitely one of my favorites for this season and I always look forward to a reactor getting to this episode.

Meredith

Darla with the machine guns always cracks me up for some reason. It’s just so out of place!

That’s Not Acting

I never do this, but I’m actually commenting before I even click on the video. I’m so excited for this one!

DakaraJayne

Hahaha. I’m gonna have to tone down the air drumming! It’s getting out of hand. Love Julie B too! She was great in Dexter. Aww thanks Ian, appreciate you tuning in 💙 really enjoying this show so far

DakaraJayne

Yup I knew of Angel I was just awaiting the moment of the reveal because haha. Would have been a great twist though!

DakaraJayne

Yeah I’ve been told to avoid the titles for spoilers so I just put the the ep number

DakaraJayne

Was a fab episode with a lot of layers. Definitely felt like a turning point for me this. Glad it’s a favourite of yours, can’t wait to get to more of your favs. Thanks for watching :)

DakaraJayne

Haha yeah seemed a little manic but a lot of fun

DakaraJayne

Yay!! Glad you’re excited. Hope the reaction doesn’t disappoint you haha

DB

Oh that's interesting! I genuinely can think of only 1 episode with a clear spoiler in the title and that's way ahead. I enjoy reactors trying to predict the episode from its title that's why I'm asking.

Bart Aansorgh

Opposed to last episode, which was one of my least favourites from the show. This is one of my all time favourites. Willow is precious. And the chemistry between them is amazing. And its one of my fav ships from the show :). This show does have a really good creepyness factor, such as with Darla at the window. Just love it :). Great reaction, as usual can't wait for the rest

GaveUp

The only disappointment will come in 137 episodes when there are no more to be posted.

Gabriel Mauller

I’m a 45 year old man with hair down to my shoulders, and it’s a good thing because after head banging to the theme, without hair, I would look like I’m having a seizure. :)

Toasted Toad

When I first watched this (more years ago than I'd like to admit!), I was completely unspoiled. Knew absolutely nothing about Angel, so the twist here was total shocker to me! No time to watch your latest reactions yet :( I'll have to come back later.

Michele

I had forgotten how quickly Buffy and Angel got to the kissing part. For some reason I thought it took longer, which is always annoying. Glad that Buffy didn't go that route. Too bad you are spoiled about Angel getting the spinoff. It's kind of hard to ignore, but maybe we should have tried to keep it secret until it actually happened.

Whisper_dvm

I understand not reading the titles before hand just in case. However, the titles of episodes are often pretty clever (less so in S1) and have multiple meanings so they might be fun to look at after the episode?

Venice Bitch

Season 1 has so many good episodes and this is def one of them. I had the same look on Angel’s um…you know…tattoo…lol. When he said he’s older than her we all knew he’s a vampire and omg his vampire face is so hot🔥I was a lil disappointed when they killed off Darla. She was such a intriguing character. Loved your reaction💜
