Hello All!

Ozwatch is back! His wolf side returned & it do be different. Enjoyed again seeing how he handles tackling being a wolf as well as being Willows BF and trying to protect people. Buffy kept Angel a secret from Willow & it upsets me a little, hopefully it isn't dragged out too long there. Angel isn't himself at all, I can see he's in there but there's work to be done for sure. I still want answer / explanations & I'm hyped to find them out.

Have a lovely week everyone! Thank you for the constant love & support!

Much love

Dakara x

Not to mention, thanks to Xander, at this point, Buffy still thinks, in season two's finale, Willow said, "Kick his ass."

Raven Dark

Actually, I always wondered if the reason Giles doesn't get mad at Buffy for falling asleep is because Oz was already in human form again when she dropped off. In one scene, we see Faith leaving and Buffy going through the cards doing research, then cut to Giles looking on on Oz, who is already in human form, but asleep. Then he wakes Buffy. There is no indication of how long she was asleep or how long since Oz changed. Alternatively, I suppose it could also be that Giles gave Buffy leeway because of what she's been through of late, but I really think Oz was supposed to have changed by the time she dropped off.

The parallels are strong in this one and i like the therapist even though he was shortlived. He basically says to buffy to not be a slave to her passions and let love blind her and the girl killed in this episode is the end result of what happens when you do.

Bart Aansorgh

The therapist said some good stuff. Hence he had to go. Can't have decent school personal in this school except for giles cant we? :P. I love how Willow acts with Oz. The new werewolf version is deffinitely better, the budget has gone up. The face looks a lot better, because that probably done with prosthetics, which this show was very very good at. The CGI, is deff on the tv show budget of 1998 (i know it aired 1999, but was thus recorded year before that). Faith remains a bit mysterious but crass, which fits her. Angels view at the end with buffy narating again, opposed to Oz at the beginning with buffy narating is an interesting parralel too.

Tim Pierce

I'm not defending Buffy's decision to not tell her friends about Angel's return, but you have to look at it from her point of view. Xander already hated Angel, so you can't tell him. He tortured Giles, so how would he feel if Angel was back, especially if he's seemingly a vicious beast now. Maybe she could tell Willow, but it's hard to know how she would act, and we've already learned in the past that Willow is uncomfortable with secrets.

Dave Ford

Yes! You picked up on the hypocrisy of Giles shouting at Xander while gently waking Buffy the next night too - practically no-one seems to clock that the first time round. Really annoyed me - for once I feel bad for Xander.

Nica Marie

It really just emphasizes how Giles feels about these characters. He loves Buffy, but really only tolerates Xander. It is rare that Giles shows any kind of appreciation of Xander.

Ailish

Yeah it's kinda obvious that Xander and Cordy are his least favorite Scoobies :/

Ed Green

The only thing I can recall Debbie's actor from is the Charmed episode 'All Halliwells' Eve' where she played one of the 17th-century witches. Her most prolific credits on imdb are Phoebe in 'Campus Ladies' from 2006 and Corky from 'The Weird Al Show' in 1997. Also, the name of Buffy's date is Scott Hope.

ADDButterfly

I hate the look of werewolves from now on. They look nothing like wolves, that's why I preferred the ones before.

The BLOOB

Xander had some points in season 2 when he asked "How come she doesn't get a 'boil it down to its simplest possible form' remark?... watchers pet".

Ian

enjoyable episode , great air drumming and a comedy fall from giles whats not to like :) and a last guest appearance from salem who i miss already
