Hello All!

I am not OK! THESE WRITERS ARE TROLLING ME. The scene with Cordy GOT ME! It's made my feelings clear though, I need her and her energy on this show haha. So Willow & Xander got caught & in a bad way! I felt all the hurt from each character, the guilt, the betrayal, the heartache - what a pickle! I hope they can work through this! Either Willow&Xander will realise it was worth the upset OR they realise they made a mistake and know they have to make up for it & learn from it. I shall wait and see which. ALSO, HELLO, Spike is back!! I love that he is and I hate that I love that he is because I know he's gonna make Buffy's life difficult again! Enjoy him on my screen. This show is soooo good damnit!

The “HUH???” right when Buffy said “so Cordelia is gonna be ok?” absolutely killed me 😂😂 At least you got to pause it after that. When I saw it back in the day, I didn’t have that luxury. Took me repeated viewings to get the dialogue because I was also fuming.

"I hate this fucking show" - is that the first one of those for Buffy? It was said MANY times for Supernatural. I LOVED your reaction to the trolling! This is an all time favourite of mine. I love the Joyce/Spike convo - it's not something that's expected when you hear him over the phone.

This is one of my favorite season 3 episodes. I always love the bowling metaphor in this one. All the characters lying to each other and themselves are like carefully placed bowling pins and then Spike come in and knocks them all down.

Dw, you are allowed to like Spike ahah. No matter how evil he may be, James Marsters is such a charismatic and fun actor, simply fun to watch him! And Spike’s character is kind of fascinating. Like Dru, she is evil and all but my god is she delightful to watch. It is so hard not to love her ahah.

This is such a good epsisode but it ends sooo saad. And yes they trolled you hard xD. I hope you watched another one after this to get rid of the sadness. Spike is a great character, gotta love him, and he's played great. To me this episode had it all and I both love it and hate it. I love that the xander willow thing has been found out, but I hate it when it happens cause Willow/Oz. Then the sad angel buffy part. Also the pressure on buffy now that she's got good SAT's and not feeling like she can do it with the slayer stuff. Or not sure if she even wants to. An episode without Giles (pretty much) but it allowed us to explore the other characters soo much further. I feel for cordy in this one, a lot, which doesn't happen often xD. Great episode and reaction, cant wait for the next one ;)

The fumes were real! I don’t blame you at all. I just couldn’t believe how trolly they were with that haha. I could probably laugh more on a rewatch but I was genuinely gutted thinking Cordy was no more. It felt like a soap opera to me, the characters find out their significant others were cheating and then BAM 💥 death strikes haha 😂🙈

The way he was so comfortable blabbing to her and how she was being like an agony aunt and taking all the information in haha.

This is one of the top episodes of the entire series. The Cordy death scene/funeral scene, was so well done. Everyone falls for it the first time. From a distance it looked like Buffy was one of those at the gravesite, with her back turned towards us.

Yep, this show has habit of keeping you on your toes. If it wasn't for spoiler territory I've always thought it'd be fun to play a one true, two false statements game with future happenings in the show. I think I could almost guarantee that no first time watcher would get the true statement right except by complete fluke.

The look of joy on your face when realised that Spike had returned was priceless . That cemetery scene is one of my favourites from the entire series . I feel so much for Cordelia & Oz ,if it happened to me I would never forgive or want to see Xander & Willow again .

Still catching up on to you on your Buffy journey, and just got to this episode. One of the reasons Spike is one of my favorite characters is the fact that I think he really is the most insightful character on the show. Think back to the episode with The Judge, and how when he first came to life he said that Spike and Dru were infested with humanity (which I recall you reacted to questioningly, Dakara), though Angelus was not. And throughout the rest of that season, we see Spike's humanity - he is capable of (a twisted sort of) love and jealousy, he doesn't have any interest in ending the world. And now we see a different side of him, and we get to see him speak some very honest truths. I've more to say on this topic, but I'll save it for later on in the show to avoid spoilers now. I'll just end by saying Spike is uncannily insightful, much more so than one would expect of such a violent and vicious monster, and I think that's a large part of what makes him so interesting.
