THEY MADE IT!!! I feel so many emotions guys!!! Loved seeing Lisa K in this one too, she's great - big fan! I was nervous while watching, just waiting for it to all come crumbling down - I guess I right to be nervous but it wasn;t in the way I thought. Its such an interesting way to play this scenario! I love the twist & I know they'll crack it!

This is the problem that I have with the shell. The characters are bound by the human desires. once we’re passed on do these desires exist? I would argue against that would we need to desire to procreate. Is there a need to see monkeys go crarting? No, there is no name once our bodies pass. I I don’t know what happens in the afterlife, but is not ruled by our human desires, and that’s what the show represents. Our human flaws are the definitions of the afterlife, and I would disagree with the premise. No, as a television series, this is a wonderful series, and I enjoy it a lot. But as a treatise on the afterlife, it lacks a lot.

It’s embarrassing that I cried again, I just can’t keep my cool. The parallels between their afterlife and our life are spot on. Don’t we all feel like we’re being tortured sometimes and all we want is time with our loved ones? 🙃

I have enjoyed every second of watching this again with you. I have a different life view now than I did the first time. I lost my dad and my husband's wonderful and (much younger than mine) dad just this summer and it's had me thinking a lot about the afterlife possibilities. My religious views have shifted drastically from what they were only a few years ago and I know my dad was really struggling with me distancing myself from structured religion in general. So, the different philosophies and challenges to these characters while they grew in so many ways really hit me differently than my first watch. I've marveled that they could pack so many deep thoughts and issues into something that had so much comedic content. I have no doubt that you will love the finale just as much as I did. My 16-year-old daughter and I watched it together and the finale had us in tears many times because it was so good! Thanks for choosing this show and allowing us to experience it with you. I really hope you keep watching The Winchesters. :) I've been watching you since you started watching Supernatural, but only recently became a patron in the last year or so.

I am both massively excited to see your reaction to the last episode and dreading it. I really don’t want this journey of rewatching the show with you to end. I only watched the first season of Cobra Kai but I did really enjoy it. I might have to get back into it so I can rewatch it with you. While I’m here, I’m just gonna put my vote in for you to check out Schitt’s Creek. It’s fantastic and I’m certain you’ll love it.
